Prompt, responsive customer service. I appreciated the transparency regarding the pricing etc. The sales consultant Omari Minor and the manager Stockton Worden were both very helpful. Stockton in particular went out of his way to make sure my requests were honored and that I was satisfied with the final price agreement.

Bit of a mixed review from me. The employees are ok. The architect who designed the new building is messed up. I can't visit the parts counter like I could in the old building across the street. On a more positive note, I was able to catch the Cornwell truck in parking lot.

Everyone was professional. My questions were answered quickly. When I came to pick up my car they realized that the battery had died in my key fob and they replaced it without hesitation. That was an extra service that I really appreciated, it was a nice touch.
