“UVA CCU is my local bank. They have always been super helpful and friendly when I've gone in to deposit money in my account or when I have questions about my account. When I accidentally overdrew my account because I misjudged the delay on depositing cash to the ATM, they were understanding and waived the fee. When I went to talk to someone about opening a business account they were very bad at communication and seemed to talk to me like I was an idiot which I did not appreciate.”
