I placed a Christmas order with Basketful. I'm not local to the area but my friend is. I called and spoke with Laura who was amazing to work with. She checked on the items and got back to me quickly. She helped recommend a card and a bag for the gift, and they hand delivered it to my friend nearby. I highly recommend.
