Jeweler's Eye did the work I needed, did it very well and in short order (quick!) for a very reasonable price. I have other items I need worked on, so guess where I will be taking it?!?”

“Jefferson Coin and their staff have always treated my husband and I, with friendliness, knowledge, and respect-fairness when it came to pricing items we have brought. They have a nice place right off 29 with a fair amount of parking as well. Unless, someone knows another way, you do have to take a U-turn at light going into the shopping center where T.J.MAXX is in order to get to the building. I also feel safe and secure at their establishment with measures, they have taken due to the nature of their business.”

“As I type this, I'm watching my new (to me) wedding ring catch the light and I'm smiling. The yellow and white gold band shines like it was just made despite the fact that it is very old. This jeweler took a ring that belonged to my new husband's grandfather and gave it a new life, resizing it seamlessly and polishing it to a mirror shine that I will enjoy for many, many years to come. They also repourposed another ring that was in his family and transformed it into a lovely pendant. I couldn't be more pleased with the craftsmanship.”

“I was in Charlottesville on business and wandered in to the shop after finding them here on Yelp. I'm so glad I did! The gentleman who took care of me was incredibly kind, a great conversationalist, and very personable. The shop was beautiful with an impressive in-store selection and he explained to me that if there was something I wanted that they did not have there, I could call or email them and they'd get it for me. I purchased a book while I was there and will be looking on their website for Yule gifts. Go and explore, you'll be pleasantly surprised!”

Before cleaning my rings, they checked them and tightened my diamonds - I didn't know they were even loose. I thought thank goodness I asked them to clean my rings, had no idea they'd go above and beyond. So appreciate their service, and so happy that jewelers like Tuel still exist!”

From the time I first went to the store to the multiple times I went to figure out customizations I was blown away by helpful and responsive they were. I truly appreciated how easy they were to work with.Kayla educated throughout the process to help make the perfect engagement ring. I spent many days coming in trying to figure out how I wanted things to look and the patience they had to work with me looking at different styles and different cuts was phenomenal.I had the pleasure of working with Gigi and Kayla and they cared about this project as much as I did which was wonderful. The time we spent searching for the perfect pieces to create the ring was enjoyable. Kayla made sure the loose diamond was shipped, updated me as to when the loose diamond arrived, and helped me thoroughly examine the diamond and help me with next steps. Kayla’s eye for detail, her professional advice and demeanor, her responsiveness to my questions all made this process one to remember!I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with them and have already brought multiple pieces besides the engagement ring from the store. “Had the pleasure of running into owner Toby at this location who was helping work the floor that day. Lots of people in the store but he ran it well and made sure to give everyone appropriate attention. I was interested in purchasing a new conceal and carry and he was both knowledgeable and friendly. The price was exactly was I think MSRP was and the purchase process was easy. FYI they sell NEW and USED firearms and can also order anything you want. They have a small selection of ammo as well. Overall great experience. I think their top three are guns, guitars, and jewelry. They also have a silencer application portal and will help you with that whole process as well. Highly recommend, and besides, it’s pretty much the only gun shop left in Charlottesville, so an extra star for convenience.”
