    It's the worst person there the name is Donna, act like manager but she's not, non professional at all and does not care of anything. Pretend to help you but she do nothing. She talk bad of business around, we report her but still she's there. Good job BOA.

    Multiple unhelpful, uncordial bankers. Fees are very high compared to nearby banks, especially for students. Closed accounts to go to Capital One. This is not the BoA branch to visit.
