“I was getting a massage locally and noticed the NFCU nearby and remembered I had a check on me that I needed to deposit. I typically deposit checks via my phone, but this saved me a step. At first I thought that this was an actual bank with tellers as it was hard to see inside. However, as I got out of my car, all I could see was a stand along ATM machine inside a door. I didn't mind as using the machine is just was easy as doing an electronic deposit. So, I grabbed my check, signed the back and used my card to use the machine. Overall, easy transaction and one of the new features they have is to opt to have a printed receipt with a copy of the check printed on the receipt. I did this and got the receipt and had a small version of the check on the transaction. I thought it was pretty cool. I didn't really want the receipt, but just wanted to see what it would look like once it was printed. Kudos for a having a location that was close to me and nearby. I appreciate walking up to a machine once in a while. Are there many banks anymore with tellers? I wouldn't know, but I do appreciate the stand alone machines.”

“Went to the bank because there was an unauthorized transaction on my family member's account. We didn't have to wait too long to get our problem solved. Mr. Lesdy Lopez was very professional and quick with handling our problem and we left with smiles on our faces. Back a few months ago, Mr. Mohammad helped us in getting our credit card authorized for use and although we bombarded him with questions, he was also very professional and quick with giving us the answers we sought after. I'd say as long as you're not an entitled brat and realize that the employees are real people who take time to solve problems, then you'll have a great experience here.”

“Today is a great day because I finally found the Bank of America manager I've been looking for for 2 years! And this is Olga the manager! Before that, she worked at the Bank of America in Vienna and I always signed up with her, because she is a professional in the best sense. She understands all the subtleties and nuances, quickly navigates the needs of the client, finds the best solutions. But one day I came to that bank and they told me that Olga no longer works at their bank in Vienne and could not tell me where she had transferred. In two years of visiting the bank in different places, I have not been able to find someone like that. Recently, one of the Bank of America employees told me that she knows Olga and she works at 13928 Lee Hwy, Centreville, VA. Today I was there and I was very glad to get an appointment with her. She solved my problem with the transaction, which could not be solved before her. She approaches the client's problem very carefully and is interested in solving it. The big plus is that she speaks several languages. Now I am a regular customer of this bank branch! I'm ready to drive further from home, but this manager is a real find!”

The tellers and advisors welcome me by name, they are patient with me and go above and beyond. Most recently, when I thought I lost a cashier's check, one of the tellers came out to my car and helped me search the parking lot. While Citibank is a corporate mega-bank, our Centreville branch operates and treats us as neighbors.”

I'm not a Rich man, but I'm treated with the utmost respect from start to finish each and every time.. I highly recommend this institution.
