He gave us excellent information. He made us feel like we were valued customers with his determination to fix the issue we were having. He was knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this branch if you have PNC accounts.”

“I have been a patron and customer of the Centreville Citibank since 1998 when I opened my account. I've stayed because of the outstanding customer experience. The tellers and advisors welcome me by name, they are patient with me and go above and beyond. Most recently, when I thought I lost a cashier's check, one of the tellers came out to my car and helped me search the parking lot. While Citibank is a corporate mega-bank, our Centreville branch operates and treats us as neighbors.”
“I personally have only had great experiences at this branch. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and with their masks you can still tell they are smiling behind them. Things that may seem to be an issue for the customer they help find the solution with such ease. They reassure and fulfill the need at hand . Even with new people coming and going the Ones who have been there for at least 5 years definitely help train the new comers to join their team with the same ethics and Charisma. I only like going to the Centreville branch location.”

“In mid-June, my mom's checking account was compromised. My mom is a long-time WF customer and has always had great service with WF and the St. Germain Drive Centreville, VA branch specifically.
My mom and I made an appt (1/2 hr) and met with Bank Representative Ms. Swati Shandilya. Ms. Shandilya was very professional and patient as she listened to our situation to identify how best to assist. Follow-on tasks included resolution of crediting back the false charge, removing hard-hold on accounts, creating a new checking, and adding Power of Attorney (POA) authorization to accounts. I felt overwhelmed about all that had to be done to ensure my mom's accounts were safe, to explain to my mom all that needed to be done, and to reassure her that the bank was going to help us.
The first (1/2 hr) appt became an hour due to complexity of the situation. Vice President Branch Manager Mr. Moazzam Butt, checked in with us and Ms. Shandilya periodically, in case of any questions. Based on the first appt, I felt very comfortable/ confident that Ms. Shandilya was going to do all she could to get us to resolution. The actions required a second appt, which was scheduled for the next business day. Upon arrival for the second appt, Mr. Butt greeted us and reassured us that all would be resolved that same day. The second appt ended up taking almost 3 hrs due to the complexity. Mr. Butt checked in periodically for any issues/questions. Ms. Shandilya’s co-worker ended up assisting a couple other customers that had appts with Ms. Shandilya. I was appreciative of Ms. Shandilya’s time/effort, but also cognizant of the impact on other customers.
Long-story short, Ms. Shandilya was able to complete all actions. There are no words for the sincere gratitude for Ms. Shandilya and Mr. Butt's help in this matter. They are knowledgeable, true professionals, and provided excellent customer service. My mom remains a loyal WF customer. [Sincerely, EMD & MED.]”

Each person who was there from the teller to the man in the office was professional, helpful, and nice.
Even as the worked with several additional customers in the building and at drive through, they were all still professional and nice. And did not forget any details while I was opening a new account at the branch.
