They keep you informed every step of the way via text message, and always make themselves accessible to any questions you should have. I highly recommend them. “I took my 2010 Lincoln MKZ to Ferguson's auto motor repair because it was missing and cutting back whenever I drove it. 2 days ago the engine light came on and my car was shaking terribly. The amazing thing about it is that they discovered that I needed a tune-up, but I had a tune-up last year, and the work was done incorrectly. Not only that, they checked my brakes and front end because I had some an easiness about the way the car drove. They did a complete tune-up , check my brakes and front end, and now my car runs beautifully. Thank you Ferguson automotive repair shop!”

“Fair pricing and quick service. Just be aware that they don't take credit cards. You an pay with cash or check. I also recommend giving a call ahead of time if you have a specific time frame you need your repair or maintenance done in. They're definitely timely but also do state inspections so sometimes they can be very busy!”
