This establishment is the epitome of old-school customer service who prioritize quality-of- work.
You will be treated fairly, and unlike some chains, they will not attempt to upsell you a service or part that is not needed. They will take the time to clearly explain the issue, repair options and provide a detailed quote.
All repairs are verified by the owner or his shop manager. We have never had to take a vehicle back because they failed to resolve the issue. On the one occasion a part failed (manufacturer defect), they replaced it immediately without question.
In this day of many businesses prioritizing volume over service and customer loyalty, it is often difficult to find a reliable automotive repair establishment you can trust. Caton’s is that establishment you are looking for.

I put it off for years because I didn’t think I could afford it and kept getting the run around from bad shop owners. Tony, the owner explained a critter had gotten into my hood and chewed some wires and only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the repairs. “Amazing amazing place! Comes highly recommended from folks around NoVa (also Falls Church award program best auto repair shop 2022, 2023, 2025). It’s a family-run business + extra hands on deck. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues”

“Was just in for a flat repair, I wanna say Brandon at the front desk is phenomenal. This is the second time coming back within a few weeks ( had some other repairs done prior) he’s always very helpful, he keeps us up-to-date on whatever is going on, And he makes us want to keep coming back whenever we have any vehicle repairs. At our age, people try to take advantage Of us and he’s very straightforward very helpful when it comes to coming up with different prices and what more could you ask for from an auto repair shop.”

“The people at Rosslyn Automotive are the absolute best! They are honest and professional and in touch with affordability concerns. A free oil change at the dealership, (included in the sale of the car years ago) led me to a failed ”free” inspection for which they recommended over $4000 of repairs. Mike at Rosslyn took a look and told me what was legitimately needed and what was bogus and charged a reasonable fee. I have had multiple issues over the years and every encounter has been impeccable. I’m embarrassed that i haven’t written this review sooner! Everyone that works there is wonderful and I’m never going anywhere else.”

“Mr. Kim of Samsung Auto Care fixed my 2005 Honda Civic Ex impeccably. The engine light was on and the car was overheating. It took me a while to find the right auto repair shop to diagnose and repair my car. Mr. Kim replaced four fuel injectors and a radiator on 5/19/2025. I had driven the car for six months and it was running smoothly without glitches. Obviously the repair was done with honesty and excellent craftsmanship. It is truly trustworthy and commendable.”
