He explained in detail the advantages and disadvantages of phones, cases, contract, etc. Once we decided to purchase, he set up our phones, place the screen saver on, and ensure all data was transferred accurately. He is very personable, thorough, and customer oriented. This is the best ATT store in our opinion as we initially went to a different store and was not impressed.”
