“Thanks to a tiktok creator i found this place. ?? The customer service is good, everyone that I have encountered has always been friendly and ready to help. I went mainly for the fragrances that they offer (which is a small selection), but I do understand that they cater to a larger audience than that of just fragrance. I appreciate what they do have in stock. I do love that you carry brands like LATTAFA and AL HARAMAIN. However, I am curious if at any point you will stock fragrances from PARIS CORNER. According to their website, they have one official distributor here in the U.S. and they're in Florida. Hmmm??”

“This store is a breath of fresh air, a lovely respite from a world flooded with cheap, artificial, one-time-use products. Trade Roots is curated with thoughtful gifts, clothes, home decor, jewelry, and knick knacks. I walked in recently and immediately saw the perfect gifts for some friends. Everything here is so beautiful and unique. It's not one of those boutiques where everything is just resold from Amazon with a green washed label. The Trade Roots website explains why the fair trade, sustainable mission is important to the store. The food and drinks are delicious here, too! There is some seating inside, as well as tables outside that face the main drag in Westover. Come for a chai and some housewares, leave feeling happy.”

“This store is a gem for picking up special gifts or when I need a little pick me up for myself. It has the feel of a secret little organic gallery of beautiful treasures. I had passed it for many years not knowing what was inside.Both beautiful plants and pots but also an ever changing selection of jewelry, candles, cards, and other lovely surprises like decorative paper birds. The previous owners were super amazing so I do miss them but the current owner who is always there has a gentle kind spirit as well.”

“When you've just gotten home after a 70+ hour travel experience, with children in tow, and you are exhausted, and a loved one has this delivered to your doorstep, and even though you aren't there at that moment the delivery guy knows this is special so asks the neighbor and your loved one if it's ok to give to the neighbor and she's ok to receive it, and she does, and you get home and have this waiting for you... along with a box of chocolate covered fruit? Well. It's a win. It's like a little bit of love in a box. A hug in chocolate covered fruit form. Thank you Edible Arrangements, you went above and beyond to make sure we got our delivery, and it was perfect.”

“This is a really nice store. You better get there quick though. Unfortunately it's only here for the holiday season. This store is located in the Springfield Town Center Mall in Springfield Virginia. This store is located in the space where Charming Charlie's use to be. It's a good sized store. It's got all kinds of merchandise that makes for great holiday gifts. It has a huge selection of stuffed animals, board games, even adult oriented board games, puzzles, Mr. Potato Heads one of my all time favorites, card games, pop culture stuff and so much more. A lot of older games I use to play as a kind. There is also a huge selection of calendars. I don't think calendars are a popular as they use to be. I haven't purchased one in years. So many places give them away. This store has a lot of nice stuff. The prices aren't bad either. If you not sure what to get people for Christmas, you might want to check out this store.”

“Jasmine provided AMAZING service for me today! I placed an order this morning to be delivered to my fiancée’s office and then called to ask it could be delivered during normal business hours, which for them is a little earlier than the ‘5 PM’ mentioned on Edible Arrangement’s website for businesses. I knew it couldn’t be guaranteed but asked for help anyway, and she said they could make it happen. Flash forward a couple hours and I find out that they are closing the office early due to it being a holiday weekend - so I called the store back in a bit of a panic to ask if there was anything they could do. Jasmine got in touch with the driver and then called me back immediately to say they could have it to him 30 minutes later! I was blown away by the service and accommodation provided, given that I’m the one who screwed up with a late order on the Friday of a long holiday weekend. THANK YOU so much to Jasmine and the entire team at the Springfield location for making this happen, I am beyond grateful to you for making this a special day for us. You’re the best! Highly, highly recommend this team and location for a beautiful fresh arrangement and outstanding customer service.”
