I acknowledged and wished her a beautiful week ahead.Just before I hung up she mentioned about my car and asked if I am looking to refinance. I said not really but what do you have to offer. Long story short being a professional she mentioned about the special promo they have on their rates. I filled in the application and got approved.The moral of the story is had Ms. Geeta Shetty not asked me that question and done the follow through she did, I would not have thought about that for months as that was not on my agenda. If you ever need a mortgage other banks might seem to be comparable but NFCU has less fees and doesn’t sell your mortgage to another lender.I would have taken more photos, but it was crowded when we went on a Saturday.The NFCU member bathroom is large and clean. “I went in to the One Loudoun branch today and was greeted by a very friendly female teller. She directed me to a manager due to the nature of my business and I found him to be very helpful. He was quickly able to resolve my issue. Truly good customer service all around. I noticed that the website occasionally glitches when loading pages - hopefully they are working on resolving those issues. The app works very well on my iPhone. To be honest, I chose Bank of Clarke because it was not a "National" bank. Having been a Bank of America account holder for 35 years, I can attest that National does not always equal good. As far as fees go, I have yet to encounter any. I have the free golden eagle checking and it seems to be great.”

“I've been going to this branch for several months now since the BBT branch closed; this one opened.Most times I've been treated with care and respect.Several months ago Truist fraud department called me regarding a strange charge on my debit card. They ended up filing a claim for meThen a week ago I noticed a strange entry on my bank statement. I did some research and went to the branch to discuss what happened. They suggested I close out the account and open a new one...which I did. I then received a document that I had to sign and turn in.I have talked to the teller before...I explained to her what I was doing with the document with turning it in. She was asking we what was it for etc..it was related to an account breach ..she still questioned me about it. I said I'm just turning it in. The branch manager heard and said just make a copy and give it back to the patron.”
