“This is my second time using Mr. Thyens location at State farm. The main reason I went with State Farm, (both times) was because of Barb, who is so helpful/knowledgeable/kind while answering all of the questions you may have, you will not ever feel rushed over the phone with Barb.
It can be quite frustrating calling around insurance companies while getting rude people over the phone, people who genuinely just do not care. Not only does State Farm (Mr. Thyens location) have AMAZING customer service, They have amazing prices, significantly lower verses several other companies, Thank you Mr. Thyen for having Barb as part of your team, I look forward to telling everyone that I know to go to come to your location for great prices & kind service.

“First off is no secret how challenging it can be shopping around for car insurance and can be quite the task trying to find a great price and coverage let alone the right agent. I was also adding my 19 yr old son onto my policy since he was getting outrageous quotes. I felt extremely blessed to have called and lucky for me Diana answered at the State Farm / Carlos Enrique's location in Manassas. Diana isn't just trying trying to reach rush you off the phone, sell you anything but rather making sure it fits your needs, she went the extra mile by not only helping me get the best price and coverage (with my teen son) but also explaining the policy and how things work here in Virginia. And if that wasn't good enough, she told me that towing and roadside assistance are also included in my policy. DUDE WHAT?!?!?! She made my day! In addition the chemistry, the personal interaction, great attitude and knowledge of the market is at the top, we are so glad we had her assist us through the process, she fully understood our needs and wants, walked us through the pros and cons every step of the way with open communication. She was always ready with encouragement when we needed it, and she was willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly without me asking. She's a GOAT in her field, she also handles commercial insurance as well.”
