I have been using Mike Spicer as my Erie Agent for over 11 years.His rates are very good. He gives great service, responding to even minor messages even on weekends. We recently had water damage in our floor and walls below, and he advised me to make a claim 24X 7 at the 800 number.

After 4 months, Erie Insurance did not approve the mitigation clean up, now our house is full covered in mold... they do not want to respond for their mistake and now they just delay and delay all the reparations. Do not ever trust in this company, they will cheat you.
