“Aimee is the Mgr here at the Store in Harrisonburg VA and Runs a Wonderful Store.A Fellow Staff Member keeps telling Me there is a "3 hour window" Time to Pick up orders when PetSmart Corporate says it's a "2 Hour Window" Frame.That's the only thing that upsets Me.Harrisonburg 's PetSmart is a Clean store and Always fully stocked.”

“We made numerous trips/visits to both the Harrisonburg and Winchester locations. We traveled over three hours to honor this establishment due to the professional and responsible care of their puppies and cleanliness of their facilities. We finally found a great fit for our family. Every time we visited, the staff was friendly, pens were clean, and all puppies were well taken care of, with water and food readily available in the puppies cages. Our purchase was a great experience and the staff and management went above and beyond to make sure our puppy was healthy and was going to a good home. It was a pleasant surprise to also receive the many after purchase care items, including pet insurance, free vet check, microchip, cage/toy/food, education, etc., Our puppy was vet checked, had all vaccines, and was well socialized. We had a great experience and recommend this establishment for your puppy selection. They care more than for the immediate sell of the puppy.”
