“I had an appointment to have my air conditioner checked. Turns out I needed a compressor and condenser. Yikes! Mark took really good care of me, assuring me that he could fix it. He even offered to get me a remanufactured part. I was so grateful, I did not expect to pay as much as I did, although the cost was reasonable and within the average for the area. What really made me happy was the bumper. Mark had to move the bumper to get to the AC. The bumper was damaged and partially hanging off on one side. Mark put it back the way it was supposed to be. Also, he refastened my license plate . Above and Beyond! I have been using Express Oil on Packer for many years. For inspections, tires, oil changes. I couldn't be happier with them. Thanks, Mark.”
