“I recently moved to the area and had been searching for a lunch class that I could do between 12-1. I work remotely from home, so it’s imperative that I get out of the house once a day and move my body. This gym was the only gym I could find with a lunchtime class- and it’s only 30 minutes which was perfect. I joined and have been going just over a month. I have been going 4-5 days a week and it has been so much more than I thought it would be. I’m not just moving my body, but learning more about mobility and building muscle. Very inclusive culture, everybody wants to see you win. The coaching team is amazing- while it’s a group atmosphere, they are there for you every step of the way and providing some really valuable 1:1 time. Thank you to coach Mike- he is so passionate and clearly loves what he does. Thank you to the entire coaching team! You guys rock ?”
