I went to Prices Service Center and they charged me fairly, worked on my car right away, and was very friendly throughout the whole process. The reviews are right Derrick does honest work. Every time I’ve brought my car in he does good work and charges fairly. “Took our car in to get some body work done to help it pass the state inspection. Dennis estimated that he would be able to look at it early next week, but got a call the next day and the car was fixed up and functional again.I'm super happy and pleased at the speed in which the work was done and the quality of it too! I also paid a fraction of the price other, bigger name companies were estimating! Definitely recommend that you take your car here!”
“Came in originally for an alignment ended up needing a steering idle arm and a steering Pitman arm with no hesitation they had the parts brought down, same day installed, and did the alignment all within a couple hours. Amazing service. Highly recommend. Also they have the cheapest alignments around in Blacksburg and christiansburg I called every other place. Trust me.”

This shop is so honest and fair! I love the daughter! She is a doll! I can't complain about this place at all. They are always busy, but that is because they are good. Good things are with waiting for! ?

“I was 350 miles from home on a rainy Sunday afternoon near Blacksburg when car troubles began. I managed to limp my car to The Bug Shop early the following day. Greg quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts delivered overnight and the car repaired by the following afternoon. The folks at the shop (Jason, Greg, and others) did everything possible to get me back on the road as quickly as they could.
