I put it off for years because I didn’t think I could afford it and kept getting the run around from bad shop owners. Tony, the owner explained a critter had gotten into my hood and chewed some wires and only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the repairs. He is the first honest repairmen I have found since I moved back to this area. Because of his honesty, I was able to afford some more work. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues”

“Late Sunday afternoon, I needed help with a flat tire. I called Mr. Tire and was told to come in. I arrived, was greeted, my car assessed and taken in to the shop. Further examination revealed the cause of the problem to be a faulty/failing valve stem. I was given an in depth explanation of the problem and the possible solutions. Swiftly, the mechanic fixed the problem, and the manager treated me like family. I very much appreciate the kind way my problem was handled, the honest offering of several solutions, the excellent price, and the skilled mechanic who explained everything to me. I was back on the road in a short time. I highly recommend this Mr. Tire located on Columbia Pike.”
