“After not getting helped at the location in Tyson’s Mall(no acknowledgment from staff that we needed help after a 15 minute wait) Decided to take a chance and visit this store. Best decision ever…Definitely should have come here first! My daughter needed a new phone and Azim was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful with all the questions that I had for him. “Our rep was exceptional. I was assisting my wife upgrade her mobile phone. She doesn't like to spend money in general and doesn't value all the features that the latest phones offer. But her old phone was dying so she felt she had no choice but to deal with the lengthy and at times confusing process of changing phones. We are long time Verizon customers with 5 lines for our family plan, so I've worked with lots of Verizon store associates over the years. The Verizon associate was not pushy - just patiently answered all our questions in a clear, friendly, and helpful manner. She didn't recommend more than we needed, which ended up being not the latest model but one for which we qualified for a good discount. My wife's phone was set up quickly and we went shopping while all the data was transferred. When we returned walked my wife was walked through all the functionality changes since her older phone was quite a bit different. The visit was actually a very positive experience for what can be a rather exasperating one. I will return to this location in the future!”

“iTouch Repair repaired my iPhone with a quality LED screen. I was skeptical at first because of my earlier experience with an earlier iPhone with other repair places. The screen I have from iTouch is only slightly off the original Apple screen. I don't think an Apple screen would have been better and for 50% off the price, I am very happy. iTouch were very responsive, calling me right away to confirm my appointment. The repair itself was painless; it was done in under an hour and there's shopping at Whole Foods across the street so I got to use my time efficiently. Quality, convenience, and professionalism. It’s ATT where the left hand doesn’t have a clue what the right hand is doing. 5 hours the staff stayed online with technical support and me trying to get my new iPhone operational. After 5 hours with unsuccessful results I had to leave. Then, 1 hour after I had left ATT and now at dinner, I get a call from someone identifying themselves as “Someone from the back end”.
