He was very efficient in figuring out causes of issues and was able to complete all appropriate repairs. He then explained to me in detailed all his findings and how/ what he did to remedy our concerns. I am very satisfied thus far with the quality of service we received. “Definitely catered to the apple crowd. Had to order galaxy s22 ultra screen which I thought was a little odd and all accessories catered towards apple products. Not even a single screen protector made for the galaxy... Besides that, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, clean, and competitively priced. Hopefully wont need them, but if I do, I will be going to Fruit Fixed Short Pump”

“I dropped my phone on asphalt yesterday and shattered the screen rendering my phone useless. I stopped by my provider who said it could take up to a week to get my phone back. That could not happen - only telephone. So I came home to think about and decided there wasn’t much I could do and since I couldn’t afford a new phone, so I went on-line and filled out the claim with Assurant. It was as quick, easy to fill out the claim, and they hooked me up with Cell Phone Repair in a Glen Allen VA. I had an appointment at noon today, and Christian (one of the nicest young men) had the phone fixed in less than 5 mins. It took a bit longer to get through Apple’s (I have an XR) security but I have my phone back today. It not a week as I was told by the provider. Next time I know who to take the phone to. This place is awesome. So highly recommend getting the insurance and using Cell Phone Repair. File you claim online and don’t bother with the providers you purchase from.”

“I am so glad I was told about this place. Tony fixed the screen on my IPhone 11 in about 20 minutes and saved me over $240 on what the Apple Store told me it would cost. Where as the Apple “genius”told me my camera would also need to be replaced, Tony checked it out and said it was working perfectly. Honest, knowledgeable, personable, and fast.
