“PNCR was thankfully near me and I read reviews. Many positive reviews I can now agree with. I had LED backlights burn out on 65” screen. . I called PNCR for help. Cindy promptly returned my call; asked model, SN and a picture of my problem. Given quote over the phone. We were in communication between my availability of drop off and availability of parts. I was told they would make repairs, evaluate them and then be in contact. We were grateful for Tim’s handling of TV from and return to our car. The personal contact and accuracy of over phone repair quote stands out. Repair and return were made in a reasonable amount of time. I would return and recommend PNCR. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I had a security system installed in my house 25 years ago and it needed upgrading. I contacted ABEC Security, and within two days of my call Sean with ABEC was at my house inspecting the system. He provided me with several options including a hybrid system that involves both wireless and hard wired contacts. The price was reasonable compared to other outfits, he was fast, and incredibly conscientious in terms of responsiveness. He taught me about things the new system could do, like call my cell phone to tell me when the system goes off, and provided me with a portable key fob that I could use to activate or disarm the system. Simply, Sean is a really nice guy, and very easy to work with. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would again choose ABEC security.”

“The reviews did not steer me wrong! I had a computer that I thought needed a tweak to make it work but it was a goner. Just like dealing with a car, if you don't know about what's under the hood, you are at the mercy of the fixer so you always hope for honesty. They took it, checked it and essentially called it....it was dead from likely a power surge. It could have been fixed but cost was higher than the value of the computer itself. No upselling, no pressure and just straight up good service. Highly recommend them for being thorough, no-nonsense and honest.”
