“Staff was helpful with placing an order via phone. Annapolis store staff saved me from getting a sectional with fabric I would have hated as I had read the sample an ordered incorrect one. Sterling staff fixed the error for me. Only issue is advertising said 35% of and it ended up being only 32% which I still don’t understand.”
“Can’t beat the selection and pricing. Stellar service and attention from everyone, but especially the in-home design specialist, Bethany. She went above and beyond (multiple in-home site visits, store meetings, communicating with our builder, etc.). A true expert, and wonderful customer service. Best money we’ve ever spent - like having an interior designer and install expert in one (but for 1/100th of the cost)!”
“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”

Lauren was wonderful to work with in defining the decor of our new living room as we prepared for our move to South Carolina. Working with pictures and the room layout, Lauren helped us select new couches, rug, and coffee table to outfit the room, blending in the new selections seamlessly with our existing furniture and artwork. “Excellent customer service ... a variety of antiques and vintage products for the stylish decoration ... very well organized and ambient .. pretty interesting pieces of furniture and local artist crafts, some food items pretty interesting and special paints to "age" your furniture and create something unique. “While walking around the historic part of Leesburg, we stopped in the Sunflower Shack, a gift shop located off the main strip. As we entered the store, we were greeted by staff. It was nice that they offer bottled water and hot tea/coffee for all their patrons. After Christmas, their Christmas items were on sale. They sell vintage candy, home decor, drinkware, bottled soda, toiletries, and more. Some of my favorite items were felted flower and mushroom planters and wreaths, assorted pickles and basic bitch pickle kit, Swedish dishcloths, catnip cat toys, recycled metal night lights, sunflower handmade soaps, and novelty socks.”

“I have been sewing for over 40 years. Typically I used Joann's Fabrics but over the last several years, the prices of the fabric has gone up, and the selection leaves a lot to be desired. Hobby Lobby has a beautiful selection of fabrics and they go on sale every other week for 40% off. Also they have a very large selection of notions that are typically 99 cents on sale ( also every other week), but zippers are 99 cents every day. The people who work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to properly secure fabric and put it away in the correct places. This takes an extra minute when you are buying fabric, however you can always count on their fabric section being very organized and stocked. When they run out of a fabric, they immediately order it and it is available the following week. I am very happy with the quality and selection of the fabrics here, as well as the reasonable pricing ( during the sale weeks especially)!”

“Had a lot of inventory! It’s just a pretty basic home goods. It’s got furniture, storage, bedding, carpets, and dog toys. Pretty much anything you need for home decor. If your looking for that sort of thing this is the place for you. It was also fairly well organized compared to other home goods I’ve visited.”

“Honestly kinda expected like a home goods esk store and I was very impressed with their selection! They had stuff I’ve never seen before, super unique furniture. Everything still elevated compared to HomeGoods. It was still fairly expensive and did the “compare to $xxxx” that other home good stores do.”

“I went with my friend to Home Goods to look for some red ornaments for her Christmas tree. I don't think there's a better place then Home Goods to look for anything for your home. Right as we walked inside there was a large life size Santa, and even a larger nutcracker. If you have little kids please do not get these, as they might give them nightmares. Well this Home Goods, has it all from ornaments, to reefs, to decorative table cloths and napkins. There's also, pots, pans, cutting boards and glasses! Some areas are a bit messy, and others are over cluttered with breakable items. So use caution when selecting your item. Overall this is a very nice and very well stocked Home Goods.”

And they were not exactly the same. Staff was professional. However they left some of the clothing alarms beeping the entire time we were there.”

“What on earth goes on here?? Best customer service EVER. You cannot AI this, ya'll. Gender should be a trainer, a recuriter I worked in retail back in the dark ages (80's & 90's) and was a recruiter for a very large retail apparel conglomerate based in OHIO ( no more clues for you ). There would have been a job for Gender. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things UGG - past and present. AND, she knows about the UGG family of brands that she also shares info about (UGG, are you listening?) She shares her knowledge so casually without being a know-it-all and without any "sales" pressure - amazing qualities that make you WANT TO BUY. Why? Because she makes you feel informed, smart and EXCITED about UGG products. And so, I bought and I have future purchases already in my head for me, my family and friends. I intend to share my experience and will let everyone know, if you want to know about the world of UGG or just about a specific product, go see GENDER, or call her at UGG Leesburg. “I have shopped at Joann's for many years. When the Sterling location opened it was beautiful and well stocked. Over the years, the low staffing is definitely starting to show. I have asked some simple questions in the recent past and run into employees that don't' know the answer. For example, two in the cutting department had no idea where the pattern projectors were ( one did not know what a pattern projector is). Instead of attempting to help, they just relayed they had no idea. I ended up buying a projector on eBay for much less, so that worked out for me, but not the store obviously. I have had fabric cut more than once that was labeled one price but another price when I got to the checkout. In this case, fabric was either mispriced or put away in the wrong place. The selection of fabrics is good in some areas, but poor in others. I can't always count on finding what I need in store anymore.”
“I liked the other reviewer that said the “best bang for your buck”, they were spot on :). It’s one of those stores that you never know what you might find.Their prices are the best. One example, I got a pair of velour Spyder joggers for $9.99. Crazy. Over the years, I’ve gotten some awesome items, at great prices, of course.They have name brand clothing, backpacks, luggage, shoes, etc. They seem to have almost everything but on a much smaller scale of a big box store.No matter what town I’m in, if there’s a Ross there, I check it out.I saw a bad review about the fitting rooms. Yeah, Ross could do better. How about leave the dressing rooms open at the front of store. I feel they shouldn’t be closed for cleaning during store hours, unless there was an accident or something. Having the dressing rooms open… I’m guessing lead to more sales :). But don’t feel it’s a reason to lower my star rating if there are issues with the dressing room, because I do love this store. Hoping they see the reviews and fix the issues. Customers want to try stuff on, it’s paramount when you want to buy clothes.All in all, I’m drawn to Ross and have to stop in when I’m in this shopping center.”

“Carpet Decor was used to update the floors for two levels of our home with very high quality LVP and carpet, as well as sanding/staining two staircases and sanding/paining the railings as well. Overall very satisfied with the quality of the work done and everyone who has visited since has commented on how much they love the updates made.
