Joseph Anderson, the Member Services Manager, greeted us warmly and professionally, quickly coordinating notary assistance. We waited less than 5 minutes in a comfortable lobby before Zachary Mossburg efficiently handled our notarization. Joseph thanked us by name as we left, adding a personal touch to a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this branch for outstanding service!”

“Opened a simple savings account online with CAFCU and as a regular follow up Ms. Geeta Shetty reached out to see if I got the email with all documents. I acknowledged and wished her a beautiful week ahead.Just before I hung up she mentioned about my car and asked if I am looking to refinance. I said not really but what do you have to offer. Long story short being a professional she mentioned about the special promo they have on their rates. I filled in the application and got approved.The moral of the story is had Ms. Geeta Shetty not asked me that question and done the follow through she did, I would not have thought about that for months as that was not on my agenda. “We were VERY blessed that once again using this NFCU branch found us to be treated excellent. On our most recent visit (11/27/2024), we needed to have some documents notarized (which is a free service for members). Teresa took great care of us and had us back on our way in no time at all. Getting something notarized and hoping for a decent charge for notary services is never a fun process but Teresa made it fun and yes.... FREE for members. We had originally went to a UPS store and it would have been $10 for each EACH signature. We had seven pages which would have been $70, Back to NFCU... I knew Teresa from another branch and she was always pleasant and professional just like she was when we visited on 11/27/2024. This is a GREAT branch with great people.”

“I've been using LCU since I first started making money as a teenager. I am now in my thirties and still LOVE this bank. I will say that some of the front desk tellers could be a little more friendly, but overall it's been fantastic. I have NEVER had an issue—even when my old apartment complex wrote me a bad check, LCU was able to assist me. I even get my paychecks a day early using direct deposit, which, in this economic climate, is a HUGE plus.
There are only two downsides: there's only one location, and you can't add your bank card to Apple Wallet. This doesn't really hinder anything in the long run, so I still say 5 stars.
Also, Caitlin is their BEST employee—always friendly and rocks at answering phones!!!!”
