Not sure why this branch has so many negative reviews, everyone I met was very helpful and friendly. They were able to get me in without an appointment to help me without any problems. Thank you to Mohamed A. for all of your help!

This branch of Wells Fargo does not rate even one star.. Today there was only one teller, and he did not know how to do the job. The bank was recently redesigned so there is lots of empty space, but no bank employees to serve customers. Wells Fargo must have made some really bad investments as they let all there employees go and their atm machine does not work much of the time. Although we have banked there for several decades, it is time to move to another bank or credit union.. too bad. What a hassle!

Long lines with no support from additional staff as they make jokes and continue to gossip. Go to another branch

this is a mixed bag review, because the people inside are almost always very friendly and helpful, and i am in and out in a flash. however, i have to second the sentiment of the gentleman below me that the ATM is absolutely trash. it will not work for days in a row, with a different error every time, and if it does happen to work, it is either out of 20's or 50's. all other ATM's around have updated choices to pick different denominations, but this machine is stuck in the past. please WF, replace this ATM, as the next closest one is actually not vert convenient at all.

The last 3 times I’ve gone to the ATM it has been out of service. The screen just says "ATM unavailable" and it suggests going to three other locations which are not convenient. Because the bank is only open while I'm at work I have no choice but to use Venmo or other cash alternatives.

Excellent service and advice. Advisors explain financial benefits and advantages for various types of accounts. I received stellar service from Mr. D. Nguyen of the West Springfield VA branch.

Worst customer service. Discriminates the blind and other disabled people and in company with Apointments. Call people out as liars. Not koshure and I will be banking with another bank.

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo (and their predecessors) for over 20 years and have always been happy. So much so that I wanted to set up another account in my young kids' names. I tried to do so online and over the phone but was told to visit a location in-person for this service. I'm relatively new to the area and have been to this Wells Fargo location off Glebe Rd in Arlington a few times prior. Once inside I was greeted by a teller ("Teller #1) who said a banker was needed to set up new accounts but none was onsite. However, Teller #1 offered to set up a future appointment for me while I was there. This was reasonable and I gladly accepted. Teller #1 said she needed to get the appointment book to schedule a date/time with a banker at that location. Again, completely reasonable and I said that was not a problem. Teller #1 approached another teller ("Teller #2") and appeared to ask for a key so she could get access to the appointment book. Teller #2 was with another customer and simply said I needed to call the 1-800 number to schedule an appointment. This instruction from Teller #2 was alarming for a number of reasons: (1) I had previously called the 1-800 number and was told I needed to physically visit a bank location to set up an appointment, and (2) I was already in the bank and Teller #1 said she could even do it for me if she could just get access to the appointment book. Despite my attempts to reason with her, Teller #2 could not be inconvenienced anymore and said she was busy with a customer and I needed to call a 1-800 number to make an appointment in that very same bank I was standing in. In addition to the poor customer experience, Teller #2 undermined her colleague by essentially saying Teller #1 was wrong. Not a good look. I'm still happy with Wells Fargo but will not go back to this location. I've had much better experience elsewhere in the region.

If I could give zero stars I would My wife and I have four separate business accounts with Wells Fargo for over a decade There was one person waiting to speak to a lady named Elsa who also happens to be the notary We drove all the way from Washington DC to get one document notarized and when the nice girl at the bank teller line tried to ask Elsa to help us she declined to help us to get a document notarized Horrible horrible horrible this is the final straw for me I will be taking my business elsewhere this is a long list of bad things that keep happening when I go to Wells Fargo

told me that signing over a check wasn't a valid transaction... well, yes it is; they just didn't feel like helping me because it was close to 1PM on a Saturday.

The Manager held me up there for almost two hours last summer and had the nerve to string me along and say my check was being cleared. The whole time she was cross checking to see fraudulent activity, even though I gave her 2 government IDs. I have banked with Wells Fargo for years and I refuse to come to this location because of that incident. I told her to give me my checks ASAP and went all the way to Glover park. The nerve of that lady, I’ve run a business checking account there since I was 19.

There was one Asian clerk who served me and she was really helpful and nice.I believe, This branch is the best around this area. Their turnover is really fast so you don't need to wait a lot. I really prefer to use this location.
