As of 8/17/2024. Have been happy storing my stuff at the 6875 Langston location for the past year. The building is clean and climate controlled. The staff have always been wonderful to us. Mimi has been so terrific this past year. She always is so professional and considerate. Thanks, CubeSmart!!!
Updated post: A weird computer glitch caused some initial problems when we attempted to pay for a year in advance, but Mimi was amazing and sorted it all out. She was patient and worked tirelessly until the issue was corrected. I can’t say enough good things about Mimi! She deserves a BIG RAISE for her excellent customer service and diligence!! All the staff at the Arlington location are great.

“You can't go wrong if you decide to rent a storage space here. The property manager, Sasha, is absolutely amazing! She is super helpful and knowledgeable about the units and property. When I was trying to decide on a unit size, she was very good at helping me figure out which one was best for my needs. The storage property is clean and so are the hallways, even after people have moved. I've never had a problem with rodents or insects. I really like renting here. Sasha and her staff are always nice and friendly and they always provide great customer service, especially Sasha. I always have great interactions with them when I go to the office. And if I have any questions or concerns, they are always super helpful and able to help me. I highly recommend renting here.”
“DC pro movers were excellent from initial communication until delivery. Luna and her office staff were very prompt to respond to all our questions and cleared up any questions we had throughout the entire process. The movers were fast and efficient on both ends, they wrapped all the furniture well and delivered everything into the room of our choice. Highly recommend.”
“Convenient. Not inexpensive, but nothing is in the area. The mobile app is very helpful and made access very easy. There were often times when an elevator was out or an access door was broken, but in general the unit is secure and we had absolutely no issues. I would recommend for short term storage without a dout.”
