“I read all the bad reviews and came in with low expectations. It’s a very small, off airport location. If you’re first off the shuttle and first in line - life is good. If you’re in back of the line, it’s going to be a minute. No benefits for preferred members whatsoever - ended up in the same line with same car (no upgrade option or offered). But a good experience overall, nothing especially bad. Shuttles run every 15 mins or so.”

“Please share your experience with Dollar Car Rental. First, when you arrive at the airport, you can take a shuttle bus to the rental car center, making it easy and convenient to access! Reception is quick and the process goes smoothly. The great thing about this is that we have a rich lineup of cars, making it easy to choose the one that best suits your purpose. However, you may have to wait a little during busy times, so it might be a good idea to leave plenty of time. The prices are relatively reasonable, and you can drive around Washington DC at an affordable price.”
“I had a great experience with the car I rented. The car drove nicely and smoothly, and on top of that, it was my favorite color red. However, this review is more about what the associate Aimal did for me. After returning
the car to the rental agency, I waited for the shuttle bus to go to Ronald Reagan National Airport. I was waiting for a decent amount of time for the bus driver to depart, and after a certain amount of time, Aimal came inside and brought me my headphones that were left inside the armrest compartment. Thank you, Aimal, you are a diligent worker.”
