“This Budget Truck Rental location stands out for its excellent service, convenient location, and cost-effective options. Having rented from them multiple times, I've noticed that the staff are consistently courteous and honest - never tacking on hidden or unexpected fees. The trucks are in excellent condition; my latest rental had less than 5,000 miles and featured a convenient reversing camera, making navigation in tight spaces easier.”

“They are just the best so far. According to my experience renting cars for Uber and Lyft (which is been really bad in other locations, where the employees are very rude to us Uber drivers) , this location (AVIS - Pentagon City Mall) has outstanding costumer service, in special, this girl who works there and speaks Spanish. You could see the real person trying to help everyone there and that kind of feeling is priceless. She’s trying to get you a car and being truthful. Not telling you lies and taking information from you, telling you, we'll call in a couple of days.

“The lady who works here is an angel. She went out of her way to find me a car when another branch where I had made a reservation transferred me here without confirming availability at this branch. Though they did not have a car in the category I booked for, the wonderful lady found a luxury car and that too for a very nominal additional charge. Saved my day.”

“I always rent from here and usually receive very good deals etc. However, they should find a way to have 24-hour drop off for people that fly out on early flights, in the morning or who have late flights arriving after 10pm.”

“I was extremely skeptical about renting from this company in spite of all the reviews. My experience was nothing but pleasant. When I went to pick the car up it was a little difficult. Returning the car was a breeze. The woman who was working that morning sorry I can’t remember her name but she made my return extremely easy. In all I had no issues once so ever with this company. I’ll use them again whenever I’m in DC.”
“Avis at DCA is located off-airport at their Crystal City location, so you’ll need to take a shuttle. The wait was about 5–10 minutes, but the shuttle is a small van that doesn’t hold many passengers, so it can fill up quickly. The upside is that being off-airport makes it much easier to get in and out without dealing with heavy terminal traffic.
Once at the rental center, check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly. The exit process was just as smooth. The vehicle selection was decent — not a huge variety, but enough to find a suitable car for my needs. Overall, a convenient location with solid service, just be prepared for the smaller shuttle.”
“Quick and easy, no surprises at pickup or return. Only hassle was getting out of the parking lot after pickup, where there's a bizarre policy of requiring drivers to present their licenses (again), rental agreements, and even the vehicle key (!). It took a loooooooong time just to get out of the parking lot to start my rental. But the rental: great car, no problems, no surprises, no problems.”

“Had booked a car with another company who didn’t have a suitable vehicle when I went to pick it up; National @ DCA was able to accommodate me with a vehicle for a decent price. Signed up to their rewards club as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to choose my vehicle on arrival. The car was spotless and only had about 150mi on the clock, basically straight out of the factory! Highly recommend National @ DCA”
