“T&J did a fantastic job with multiple body repairs. I needed my car ready ASAP before shipping to California, and they expedited my repairs in impressive fashion.
My front badge was cracked. Unfortunately the part was not available so they had the original piece remolded and repainted. I was charged a fair price despite the increased labor involved with the repair rather than replacement.
In addition, my undercarriage splash shield was ripped apart by a large puddle on the highway. They assessed the damage and resecured with pins and screws, performing this repair for free.
They had my car ready in under 48 hours which gave me plenty of room before my car shipping date. Overall the team worked with great speed, practicality, and fair pricing.”

“A few weeks ago someone backed into my 4 month old SUV and caused cosmetic damage. The other party’s insurance told me to go to Arlington Collision Center for an estimate. I did and was met with Martin. He looked over the car and saw a spot I completely missed. I explained I wanted that fixed a long with another spot that someone banged their shopping cart into. So I got 2 estimates. The last week and a half they had the car and got the repairs done.
During the time my baby was there I got alerts on the app that my powertrain had an issue. I freaked out and took the short drive to ACC. I saw Martin and explained what happened and I just wanted to make sure the car started and there were no issues (the 2024 have engine issues). Martin saw my concern and we walked to the truck and it started up and the only lights on the dash was cause the bumpers were removed.
Today I get the call that my baby was ready to be picked up. I went to pick her up and I saw some marks on the bumper but when I asked for someone to look at it, it was dried up compound and they took care of it real quick.
Overall, this business and their employees are great. I was hesitant because of horror stories from different businesses. Not to mention my dad was an auto body tech for decades so I’ve heard his stories. I highly recommend ACC! I don’t want to be back (no one does) but if I had to, I would be back in a heartbeat.”

Job took a bit longer than expected but they did such a good job that I’m very happy with the results.
