“I had a great experience here. I brought my 2004 Z4 convertible here after buying second hand and having a substantial amount of body work I wanted done. They allowed me to get an estimate with no appointment, quoted a competitive price, honored that price at the end, and were done within the timeframe they stated. With concerns over quality of painting from other reviewers on here, and just by looking at the work done, I can tell they sanded, primed, and used high quality paint and clear coat, which they told me they applied 3 layers of. Oh, and can’t forget about that 1 year warranty! Great experience and my classic BMW looks brand new! Thanks T&J!!”

“Clerk from Mass(and Conn) helped us pick out the right refrigerant for our car with a hose and a gauge. Then went outside to our car with us and showed us exactly how to use it…literally within 30 seconds we once again had cool air out of the AC! “A few weeks ago someone backed into my 4 month old SUV and caused cosmetic damage. The other party’s insurance told me to go to Arlington Collision Center for an estimate. I did and was met with Martin. He looked over the car and saw a spot I completely missed. I explained I wanted that fixed a long with another spot that someone banged their shopping cart into. So I got 2 estimates. The last week and a half they had the car and got the repairs done.
During the time my baby was there I got alerts on the app that my powertrain had an issue. I freaked out and took the short drive to ACC. I saw Martin and explained what happened and I just wanted to make sure the car started and there were no issues (the 2024 have engine issues). Martin saw my concern and we walked to the truck and it started up and the only lights on the dash was cause the bumpers were removed.
Today I get the call that my baby was ready to be picked up. I went to pick her up and I saw some marks on the bumper but when I asked for someone to look at it, it was dried up compound and they took care of it real quick.
Overall, this business and their employees are great. I was hesitant because of horror stories from different businesses. Not to mention my dad was an auto body tech for decades so I’ve heard his stories. I highly recommend ACC! I don’t want to be back (no one does) but if I had to, I would be back in a heartbeat.”
“Patrick and team did a wonderful job with my repair. I have a matte white color (3 stage) and they blended it amazingly I can’t tell.
Job took a bit longer than expected but they did such a good job that I’m very happy with the results.

“Took my Canadian Honda Accord here last week to have a import inspection done, at request of Honda America to confirm compliance to USA FMVSS. Although the service team were unfamiliar with what was required, they accepted the task and said it would cost just 1 hour of labour. They did some research and completed the job as requested. It ended up taking them much longer than expected (4 hrs instead of 1 hr), but they only charged for 1 hour.”
