Charging ridiculous prices above MSRP. This is not a trustworthy business and they will try to rip you off for as much money as possible. Please avoid this company.

Clueless about the buyout process of a leased car. They tried to charge way more than the buyout price and when we asked why, they didn't know what to say. We went to a different Ford dealer and they were more professional and offered a better deal. STAY AWAY from this place!
