“Caliber Collision on Farrington Ave in Alexandria, VA did the repairs on my vehicle. My car looks like it never had any damage. When I picked it up, it shined like it was new. Donald was the body tech. He made my car look perfect! David was the painter. I can't tell what he painted...no paint lines or variances in the color. Marlon was my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. I was able to pick up my car on the day it was promised. This is a before and after shot. The before shot doesn't really show all of the damage. The after shot has Donald and Tre in it.”
“While my job was very easy, the mechanic was amiable, quick, and did a good job of installing a new hood ornament. I didn’t give them 5-stars because the verbal quote they gave me was not the price I ended up paying. I believe, when you give a verbal quote, you should honor it no matter how small or big the difference in price.”

Because of how I was told, and have experienced, how mechanics rip customers off, and how you should generally not trust them, I was hesitant at first, but he and his employees completely changed my mind on how I view them. “Jack at George's Foreign helped me fall in love with my BMW again! My BMW has over 160k miles on it, well over the limit where European cars start to give major trouble... I started having back to back issues and was ready to give up, but Jack was able to tackle them all for me quickly and fairly priced. Jack was very knowledgeable on my specific model, and definitely helped me get a few more years out of my car. While I am still looking at new cars for when the time does eventually come, I am now not ruling out another European car knowing that I have Jack right up the road to help me out!”

the bmw dealer wanted $200 just to "diagnose".
spoke to Andreas - who told me when to come to avoid a wait (I got in with NO wait). he checked the fluid and said it didn't need replacing for atleast another year. charged me <$20.

The quality of their work is top-notch. Every time they've given me an estimate -- e.g. for a new exhaust or brake bleed -- the final total has been spot-on.
Even for someone who knows their way around a car, finding a quality, trustworthy mechanic can be hard. I highly recommend the folks at Midas on Duke Street. 10 out of 10 in my book.”
