“I’ve been going to this station for at least 20 years. Normally I’d be in and out for the inspection within 45 minutes.Though this time it was longer, as I watched I got upset. Why is the inspector lifting my car? I didn’t ask for an oil change. William (the manager) explained that the state police added items to the inspection-seatbelts, suspension, steering components, the inside brake pads.Next year I’ll make sure I plan to spend more time there…and I’m assuming with a more thorough/timely inspection-it’ll be more expensive.”

“I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Literally the best tire shop I've ever been to.I went there because I had a slow leak in one tire and I assumed that I just picked up a nail and would have to have it plugged. As it turns out I did have a nail but it hadn't pierced the rubber so it wasn't the cause of the leak.After a thorough examination Marley, the guy working on my car, found there was an issue with a label that had not been removed from the tire, and rubber flashing that had been left on the tire from manufacturing, that was causing the leak. Also the rim was slightly bent from where I hit a pothole.Not only did they fix the tire, but they also took the other one off on that side to see if the rim was bent. It wasn't. Super competitive price, and friendly, knowledgeable service. I will be buying all my tires here from now on.”

“I've had a persistent problem with my 2015 Honda Odyssey with the automatic ECO-mode - the engine automatically drops down to 3 cylinders from 6 cylinders. After a few thousand miles, it causes the engine to misfire.Being a female, I always am cognizant about being scammed regarding anything revolving cars. Admittedly, I don't know much about them, but I can typically wrap my head around certain concerns. I explained the vehicle problem with Victor at Reinhart's, and I could just tell based on his demeanor that he was being honest with me and that he truly wanted to fix my problem. This problem happened twice (not his fault) and he said you may as well sell this car or call Honda to see if they will give you some money to fix this. He even said he feels bad that I have to keep spending money on this car when this problem is going to keep happening. He fixed it twice, once for $400 and the second time he fixed it, it was very cheap - like $200. Anyway, I would give this mechanic 10 stars if I could. Can always trust them no matter the issue. Do not go anywhere else!”

“I went in to get a diagnosis and repair for a problem I was having with my struts or something on my dodge Magnum. There was a creaking somewhere under there. They didn't fix it! But that's ok because they told me up front they weren't sure of the root problem. Instead of selling me a day long project that was a shit in the dark they offered a small/inexpensive potential solution (but no promises). I paid them the $125 if I remember correctly. Ultimately it didn't work but I don't mind because they were up front and honest about it. They are also usually pretty talkative and helpful with maintenance advice and giving context and answering questions.”

I brought my vehicle in first thing in the morning around 7:30 AM on a Monday and they were done around 3 PM. When I was their to pick up the car, the mechanic gave me an overview of the job, the overall condition of the brake system, etc. Very thorough service, appreciated that he followed up. Honest and forthright, I didn't feel like I was pressured in any way to have work done that I didn't need. I will definitely go back. They don't appear to accept appointments, they just seem to queue up all the work they have on a first-come, first serviced basis, which is fine by me.”
