Worst customer service, no job knowledge, poor local office management. Total waste! Not even worth for one star. Bank of America don't want to face another 2018 financial crises, better improve your customer service. Lots of associates are very rude, almost most of the branches in Northern Virginia.

OMG the manager David is the most horrible person with very aggressive personality, he came to help one of his sataff to do a wire transfer for us and he treat us like we are taking money from his account,, it is so sad to see bank of america has a manager who can not talk to any of their customers like this,,,I have been with bank of america for over 15 years now and was going to use them for morgage and business account but thanks to Mean David ( the manager) i will close my account

Michael and Tina are wonderful. They were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience yesterday at the bank my husband and I. Even though they were busy, they took their time to assist my husband and I. We received a warm welcome by Michael and they both assisted us with what we came for at the bank. We left happy and we recommend their branch. Thank you!

Went to BoA today and was helped by Maryam and her manager. They refused to notarize the document for my employee because she wasn't a customer. In all the years I've had an account with BoA, I've always been able to get my employees and my signatures notarized on required background checks. Even if I was the only BoA customer. When I told them I'll be switching accounts, the manager responded with "Okay."Absolutely unprofessional. Also, I'd like to add that I read through the notary rules on the BoA website and nothing mentions that both signers have to be BoA customers.

We recently had a death in the family and while trying to pay for the many things that come up during such a tough time, we received a life insurance check. We needed the funds immediately, and it was recommended to put a 7 day hold. I met with Raha, the Assistant VP of the Stone Ridge branch, explained the issue and she took it upon herself to call the bank the check was sent from, verify funds, and had the money in my account IMMEDIATELY. This is why I will always remain a BoA customer. In a time where Customer Service seems to have disappeared, she, and several others at the banking center went above and beyond for my family and me and I could not be more appreciative! Thank you all!

Worst service ever, had to wait in line for over an hr twice just to add beneficiaries to my acct. BOA website and app are equally horrible, missing a simple feature to add beneficiaries to acct, have been able to do that with other banks. So basically everytime I change my mind about beneficiaries, i have stand in line for over an hr.

Horrible customer service!! They don't value customer's time. As soon as I walked in, I asked the lady at the front desk if there's a long wait for the service (wire transfer) I requested for and she said that it shouldn't take long. After waiting for 30 mins, nobody bothered to tell me how much longer I should wait. The banking officer who was done with the customer came out and was about to take another customer for the next 30 mins, who just walked in but had an appointment. When I asked why I was not told about the wait time earlier, they said sorry and they can't do anything about it and walked away. The manager didn't even bother to talk to me though she saw that I was very frustrated. They absolutely didn't care!!
