“Great spot to live!

The pro’s:
My boyfriend and I lived in the Woolen Mill for 2 years. The apartments are absolutely beautiful with the exposed brick, high ceilings, and big windows! Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner and the staff are very helpful. The facilities (gym, game room, etc.) aren’t used very much which means they are almost always available for use - a nice bonus. They host a couple of community events each year which is a great way to get to know people in the building.

The con’s:
With the big windows and high ceilings comes high heating costs. Also you will definitely need to buy a AC unit - we were told we wouldn’t need one and that might have been true back in the day but it was miserable without one. That’s an easy fix tho. The apartments also aren’t very soundproof. It never bothered us too much, but I could see it being an issue for other people.”

“I am super grateful for the customer service, especially Dominic. She or someone else always answers the phone during business hours. I have lived many places and there is so much involved in the process that it can be detrimental not to get questions answered quickly over the phone. Unfortunately it's common not to be able to reach someone easily. You won't have that problem here!”

“This review is mainly about Patrick, who as a manager is an absolute captain of keeping things running well. He is has been taking care of the condos I am on the board for, 9 bldgs and 215 units. He has the place under control, these condos are getting old and even though there are maintenance disasters constantly, he is always running the relief efforts extremely well. Only good things to say about the guy's abilities and patience.”
