“Albert has always been professional, accommodating, and quick to respond. You want your land lord to leave you be, which Albert does. A recent story that I have about him-- he was kind enough to wait over a week, with no late fees applying (when they could have per the lease) to cash our check, due to our bank being merged with another. He didn't need us to scramble to get him cash, he's patient and kind to people who are kind to him. I like this guy. I deeply appreciate his rates and the beautiful place I've been able to rent for going on three years now. Growing up as the son of another property manager in another state, I view Albert as doing his job about as good as it can be. Only thing is, i can never catch him in his office anymore, which I miss because he has a beautiful location on church street.”

“This review is mainly about Patrick, who as a manager is an absolute captain of keeping things running well. He is has been taking care of the condos I am on the board for, 9 bldgs and 215 units. He has the place under control, these condos are getting old and even though there are maintenance disasters constantly, he is always running the relief efforts extremely well. Only good things to say about the guy's abilities and patience.”
