7808 Williston Rd, WillistonAll I can say is amazing! My cat ate part of a blanket and may have a blockage. Showed up at the vet with no appointment. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding. They got us right in. Did X-rays. Came up with a care plan and really explained all of our options and were very upfront about all costs involved. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. Thank you all so much!

7 River Cove Rd, WillistonWe've been with River Cove now for over 39 years! Many beloved dogs through thick and thin including cancer, vestibular and other less critical issues. We were there back when Dr Ellis was the sole Doctor (and original owner) at this hospital, ...in its infancy. We've stayed with them all through their growth, while adding staff and new Doctors and new protocols and changes through new owners. We're still there! The staff is very accommodating, supportive and prompt to reply when we have issues and questions! They have text capability on their primary phone number! Nice, no missed voice messages and need to call back! We've seen new staff and new doctors there in an ever-changing animal hospital, yet, whoever is at the counter or replying via text, ...the support for pet and client has never diminished at all. It is always A+. Like many businesses now, they have policies that I am fine with in these ever changing times and do be aware that pet care now is very expensive, no matter where you go for quality care. Be prepared for that. Always good vibes at River Cove.........if they can take you on as a client, I highly suggest you bring your pet to them. they will not let you down. We moved to NNY 2.5 years ago with our 8 cats. Patrick was a special case who needed specialized surgery. Thankfully, our new vet in Canton, NY referred us to BEVS. It's been 6 months and Patrick has recovered very well and is a NEW cat (actually he's now a 6 year old kitten!) If it wasn't for Dr. Helmick's amazing expertise and his wonderful team Patrick would never have gotten to this point where he can enjoy life so thoroughly. We stand amazed and will be ever grateful. Her attention to detail, structure and focus on creating canine good citizens and educated pet parents is by far the best in the area. 21 Commerce St, WillistonWhile visiting family in this area, it was great to have an alternative to Ben and Jerry's. In fact, the quality I would put it on par with B and J's. The flavors were great, the chocolate chip cookie dough had plenty of cookie dough chunks vs some others, the coconut had coconut slivers that crunched, and the mint cookies and cream was minty and chocolatey! All flavors were super creamy as well! Would love them to branch out to Knoxville, TN!! ?
