“For a small town post office, these guys are personal and attentive, and almost always cheerful and patient. They are the faces of an unwieldy system that often is out of their control. They get more complaints than compliments, and have to let the frustration roll off their backs before they serve the next person in line. I am in there regularly with lots of fussy packages and envelopes, and they are always smart, careful, and supportive.”

“I have always had positive experiences at this USPS location. Anne does the work of 3 or 4 ppl and still finds a way to treat others with the kindness, respect and dignity that we all deserve. She takes the time to educate others on different mailing options since not all of us are familiar, especially if we are new to this process and hail from other countries (our city is one of the more culturally diverse in VT) with different mailing services. Last time I visited I told her I'm not used to experiencing so much kindness at a US post office since I am originally from NYC. Cheers to Anne for setting a high standard for what a member of our community and federal employee should be like. Thank you for making us smile and making this mailing process all the more easier!”

I assumed that the meticulous print service Emily offered me in Concord, NH over the past three years was a company wide standard. I've learned with our very first post departure order that her level of service is in fact NOT a standard and varies widely between different managers.Emily: You are a Queen. “I went to staples in a hurry to print something (never a good idea), it was very busy, and my self-service printer got jammed on page 90 of 140. The employee working in the print area (blonde lady, didn't get her name), was extremely helpful to every customer that came into her line. Usually people wait forever and get very frustrated, but she managed the line and people so well, and kept checking on me and offering solutions to help me while she helped everyone else. She took so many extra steps to help me get my document printed at the same time as managing 2 other lines of customers and after crawling on the floor and physically fixing the printer, she finally got the printer un-jammed, and I was able to get my document printed and make it on time for my appointment. Her customer service skills and management skills were unexpected and amazing, and she deserves a raise! Thank you!”

“The clerk told me as soon as she picked up my package to be mailed at the window that I was going to be overpaying if I used the flat rate box I had addressed. She gave me a new box with self securing tape that I readdressed and saved about 4 dollars on the mailing as a result.”

“Never had any problems with returning Amazon items, and every package I've had shipped arrived in good condition. I did a pack and ship with a picture frame once and was so impressed, everything got there and was really well packaged, no damage to the item. Only issue is they can get very short staffed at busy times, but even in these instances the employees I've worked with are still helpful.”

Can't say many good things about the other front desk people but if you see the super kind young lady working the front desk get in her line quick, she goes above and beyond and is extremely genuinely kind. Rest of the staff are good if you just want to send something or get stamps but is about it.”

“Is the post office perfect? No and no one nor any business can claim to be. Our mail is delivered as promptly as it can with respect. I have had to pick up a few packages at the post office but it was an understandable reason. We are on a major road and I can’t complain that my driveway is long and hilly, which may be a reason some people don’t receive there packages/mail.The post office has a long history of reliable delivery. These days it’s getting harder with more packages and less personnel. Every time I have gone to the post office, I have been treated kindly, promptly, and with respect. I appreciate the postal employees for there hard work and dedication. It’s not an easy job. When a business starts to go downhill you must look at the head management. Look at twitter under a Musk management. We can’t change the top ranks but we can appreciate and respect the bottom ranks. They are the ones out in the crazy weather delivering all the crazy stuff we bought online. So please, give the postal workers a break. They may make mistakes, but they are human and will try hard to make things right. I hope they all get raises and more staff to keep on going. Hinesburg post office, you all deserve a huge thumbs up and a warm thank you!”

“This is second time I am having issue with Amazon returns. Amazon keep sending me ' pick-up' option only for my package and I am never home. So the only option I have is to go with pick up notice slip to this UPS location in Williston between 6-830pm and try to figure out from there. Let me tell you, it is sooo complicated to do a return that way but Shelly and her boss Natali ALWAYS go above and beyond of helping me! I even got Italian chocolate candy from Natali how big of a sweetheart she is - I love her! I know many people complain about UPS service but please always remember, kind word goes long way! I am very pleased with this location.”

“Luckily, pickup was fairly smooth ... because delivery, and the FedEx website, leave a lot to be desired. Had a package they kept trying to deliver while I was at work. Went online, talking info was confusing, behind, and ultimately not helpful for this customer or FedEx. Staff was kind at this location, and was willing to look for my package a second and third time despite it not being placed in the right spot (according to counter staff).”
