“I went to staples in a hurry to print something (never a good idea), it was very busy, and my self-service printer got jammed on page 90 of 140. The employee working in the print area (blonde lady, didn't get her name), was extremely helpful to every customer that came into her line. Usually people wait forever and get very frustrated, but she managed the line and people so well, and kept checking on me and offering solutions to help me while she helped everyone else. She took so many extra steps to help me get my document printed at the same time as managing 2 other lines of customers and after crawling on the floor and physically fixing the printer, she finally got the printer un-jammed, and I was able to get my document printed and make it on time for my appointment. Her customer service skills and management skills were unexpected and amazing, and she deserves a raise! Thank you!”
