“Just wanted to share this. Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in St. Albans VT. Had an issue with my truck battery from the local Dodge dealer. Told Steve about my problem and he tested the battery and verified it was dead. He gave a good Price on a new battery but he said the dealer should replace your battery for free because the truck is still under warranty and I explained that the dealer wouldn't help me out with this and he gave some great advice on how to handle that. He could just sold me a battery but he was very honest in trying to help me out on how to deal with the dealer. While I was there I had a bad wiper on the drivers side and asked him to look at. Steve showed me the problem. He personally replace both of my wipers and only charged me for the wipers which were on sale, buy one get one free. He also checked my battery at no charge. Really went out of his way to help me. Thanks Steve, appreciated all your help and going out your way to help me. Must appreciated.”

“I purchased new winter tires with the installation package. I have not driven in snow yet so I will update this after a storm. We have over 1000 feet of driveway which is exposed to the wind. They are quieter on pavement than I expected considering the blocky deep tread lugs. Update 12-13-2025, after driving in heavy snow, slush and on ice in am still at 5 stars. Late fall, early winter has been cold and snowy. These big dogs have done well. There are times I forget to put the Jeep in 4wd because it's not spinning the rear tires.”
