“Always so polite an helpful. Most always have the parts available if not they can locate them fairly quickly. Highly recommended Fairfax Salvage&Repair. I haven't had my car serviced there but I have several friends that do an they all love the place as much as I do. I hope they're around the rest of my lifetime. They don't let people pull parts for safety reasons but they will pull anything you want an have it ready to load up. Support our local companies so they'll be around for our next few generations”

“I have purchased many products from Yipes Auto of Northern VT over the years and had them install them. I also have purchased products from other sources and had them installed by Yipes Auto of Northern VT. They have always done great work and have been accurate with their estimates of how long the installs of various items would take. I recently had an issue with a back up camera on my truck. They got me in, trouble shot the problem and even updated the operating system of the infotainment center I had purchased from them while they fixed my camera. They will continue to get my business as they stand by their products and services.”

“Did a great, thorough job, fixing my truck. Still give five stars but to be honest with ppl when we went to pay the truck deductible he didn't have a sign or tell us or advertise that if you pay with a card your charge four percent more to cover the loss. While this is true and I understand I would of paid by check or cash. Just figured I'd pay next cycle. Get the points. He apologized and said he should have told us before he swiped and I appreciate him being polite and nice but there should be a sign where the credit card sign is warning ppl they will pay more.”

“Just wanted to share this. Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in St. Albans VT. Had an issue with my truck battery from the local Dodge dealer. Told Steve about my problem and he tested the battery and verified it was dead. He gave a good Price on a new battery but he said the dealer should replace your battery for free because the truck is still under warranty and I explained that the dealer wouldn't help me out with this and he gave some great advice on how to handle that. He could just sold me a battery but he was very honest in trying to help me out on how to deal with the dealer. While I was there I had a bad wiper on the drivers side and asked him to look at. Steve showed me the problem. He personally replace both of my wipers and only charged me for the wipers which were on sale, buy one get one free. He also checked my battery at no charge. Really went out of his way to help me. Thanks Steve, appreciated all your help and going out your way to help me. Must appreciated.”
