I recently upgraded my wifi package and I have still not received my new Gateway and Pods. My internet is still horrible. I work from home. Its so expensive and doesnt work. This us the third time I have tried doing this and I can't get through to speak with a human. Xfinity is dummy expensive and the service isn't worth more than a couple bucks. Corporations need to deliver their promised service if we are paying these outrages prices. Dont get xfinity if you are in Vermont. or anywhere.

Will be dropping by this store because, on discontinuing my Comcast business cable account, Comcast insists I return their modem to them in person -- no option to just box and ship it. And this, an hour drive away, is their closest store. They also accept their equipment at UPS stores, but the closest of those is nearly as far. Additionally, they just sent me a bill for next month, despite that I cancelled over a month ago and they've already disconnected my line accordingly. Why did I leave them? Because they raised their rate by 20% without notice, for now-antiquated cable service when a competitor has far-faster, lower-latency fiber for far less.

First my cable bill went over $200 per month so I canceled my service. I still had a cellphone through xfinity until I received a letter stating my cell phone bill is increasing $25 because I canceled internet and cable. Fidium is much cheaper and a Roku offers a lot!

Spent thousands of dollars for xfinity to install highspeed internet at my house. Not only did they sever the telephone line in the process, but the internet service is garbage! Very slow download and upload speeds. Internet routeinly drops out at night for hours at a time. Xfinity continues to say nothing is wrong and do as little as they possibly can to rectify the issues.

Spent an hour on the phone with Xfinity to determine eligibility for the iPhone 11 trade in for iPhone 14 pro. Xfinity told me I qualified and I asked them if my sister was not able to be present (she lives 4 hours away) at the trade in could I still trade in if she is the primary manager. They said yes she wouldn’t have to be there if I had her SSN and account info or she could call in to approve the trade in. So I drove 3 hour round trip to my closest Xfinity only for them to tell me they could not trade in without it her being there nor could she call in to approve the trade in. Needless to say I wasted many hours for this trade in and still have not been able to trade in. My sister will now have to get the phone for me and mail it to me. Very disappointed in this service.Yes I am a manager in the account. They said because I am not the “primary account manager,” They couldn’t do anything.

I have never rated a cable store before but the employees here deserve it. This Xfinity store is restoring my faith in Xfinity/Comcast. After previous experiences in Boston, I did not even want to talk to anyone from the company.The staff at Xfinity Rutland are absolutely excellent! Everyone is always inviting, professional, and super helpful. They have solved every single problem I have had with our cable/WiFi. Plus there has never been a wait when I go in.You can tell the employees here actually want to help! I actually enjoy dropping by this place now! Kudos to the staff for changing my mind about an entire cable company. You all rock!

I've had spectrum, t mobile and now xifinity. its the Worst internet I've ever had. It wouldn't connec't to all of our devices. The wifi goes in and out. When you want to speak to someone from customer service you have to talk to a robot for 10 minutes on hold for 45mins plus then they put you through to someone over seas. Constantly being transferred from one person to another and never being helped in the end. Alot of times the call even drops on their end. Beyond frustrating. I have to drive 2 hours to their nearest store just to get some kind of help.

There is much to say about customer service. Many businesses don 't even know what that means! I have been a customer of Xfinity/Comcast for two years. From the minute you enter their store you are treated with respect and customer appreciation. All of the associates are friendly, professional and actually know what they are doing! I never dread going there. In fact, they exceed my expectations each and every time. They are an example of how businesses should treat their customers. Thank you for being there!!!!

Terrible..By far the WORST internet experience that I've ever had..It's IMPOSSIBLE to find the TV line ups on line..You can't understand the reps they must be from WAY OVER SEA someplace..Can't get transferred to a Supervisor either. Right now I've been on phone for over 20 minutes & are not even close to getting my concerns answered. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE..This is the reason that many people are going streaming & drropping them.!!are dropping Comcast & going full

Had a great experience the other day with a young gentleman named Michael. I told him about my frustrations with the service I’ve had as of recently, and he was able to break down what was wrong, and even helped me lower my monthly bill because it was outdated. There’s still hope out here with these big companies when you got nice people like him helping.
