In person service immediately fixed everything that took hours to screw up online and on the phone. Not wasting my time with online service again.

Everyone in Xfinity is knowledgeable on all their phones and applications. Never had a problem so far

First my cable bill went over $200 per month so I canceled my service. I still had a cellphone through xfinity until I received a letter stating my cell phone bill is increasing $25 because I canceled internet and cable. Fidium is much cheaper and a Roku offers a lot!
