If I could give 0 stars I would I've spent Over 12 hours on the phone just between trying to get my modem shipped to the right address and a few more hours trying to cancel my service. I guess I'm just getting robbed. Would never recommend anyone deal with this company!

My Xfinity bill recently went up to $250 per month and my cell phones with Verizon were almost $100 per month. Trying to get anything done on the phone with Xfinity is very difficult because you always get someone who doesn't speak (good) English and sounds like they're in a "boiler room" in a foreign country. So I went down to the Xfinity store in Rutland. Patty (Ms. Wigmore) worked with me patiently for a long time getting my bill down more than a hundred dollars per month paying for only what I really needed. She also got my cell phones switched over from Verizon after being with them for over 15 years at a similar substantial savings. Thanks for everything, Patty ! You're a sweetheart !
