My favorite general store! Food is excellent, staff is friendly and the small gift shop upstairs is a lovely addition.

Food was good. Coffees options felt limited.there were problems with the kitchen so sandwiches took longer to make. Overall a nice store. The sandwiches were very good.

Love the Putney General Store for breakfast and lunch! Very good, fresh, flavorful food. Kind staff who provide great service.
The oldest general store in Vermont, updated for the 21st century. Delicious prepared foods and sandwiches. Top notch in-house bakery. Groceries, ice cream treats, a vast beer and wine selection and a one-of-a-kind gift shop that fills the second floor of the building.
