“Very easy to contact the business owner and negotiate a date and time with reasonable cost, first and foremost. Movers showed up on time, ready to work. All work was done within the quoted time and cost, and rain did not stop them from doing their job well. Utmost care was taken to not damage furniture, and their method of preventing scratches or other damage was also eco-friendly. Would highly recommend their services. I will certainly be calling them back when the time comes.”

“I've rented a unit here twice in the past few years and each time it's easy to do online , you get your own code for the gate. You always get a receipt for each payment . The units have been clean each time . The prices are good compared to others in the area. they have a variety of sizes to choose from . You can access them 24/7 Anytime I've had questions I received an email back or phone call back in a day or two. When you are finished with the unit and leave it clean like you got it , they are quick to do an inspection and refund your deposit. I will definitely be going back if I need one in the future! And I always recommend them anytime others are looking .”

“It started with the initial call with Jen, who was.kind and professional plus they followed up a few days before with a phone call too! Caleb and his crew were amazing! They came in did what they needed, asked questions when they were unsure and we were very impressed on how polite and respectful this group of young men were! They packed a whole house in the truck in about an hour and a half and were careful and respectful with my mom’s belongings! I would highly recommend Vermont Moving and Storage for anyone planning a move!”
“Fantastic experience. I used New Mini Storage for 5 years while I lived in Essex Junction, VT. I always felt safe accessing my storage unit, even at night. The facility was always clean, my stored items were always safe and secure. There were never any issues with pests or water. I opted for indoor, heated storage. The unit was always warm. Marcel, the owner, is an honest, reputable guy, very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this storage facility.”

“I had a really good experience at this U-haul even though my reservation was not properly made!! The staff was very helpful and nice. I moved my one bedroom apartment belongings from SC in a 10 ft uhaul truck and made a reservation for one free month of storage at this uhaul. I made a mistake/uhaul didn't properly guide me to change the move in date of my storage unit. I essentially made my reservation to start 7/16 and didn't arrive until 7/20 so my storage reservation was cancelled. The staff was kind, helpful, and understanding. They helped me get a reservation for a u box that will be delivered to my new place when the lease starts. It was an easy change to make and very thoughtfully advised given my needs and the free month of storage with a one way move promotion. Easy to load the u box and return the truck. Thanks to everyone at this location for their help!”
