“They showed up on time and were courteous. Everyone was ready to go when they arrived. They had a foreman and everyone seemed to be experienced and responsive. I will not see my furniture until much later as they loaded a U-Pack freight trailer that was going across the country. The foreman assured me several times that he knew what he was doing and to relax. We will see when it arrives if it was packed well enough to survive the trip. The bill was $400 more than what we were originally quoted, and that wasn't fun on the end of a very long day when we were exhausted. The amount of hours to do the job was not more than what was originallly estimated, so that was frustrating. Also the foreman was a little defensive when I was naturally worried about our furniture being wrapped well enough to make the trip. If you're as good as you say, then no need to be defensive, but you are young and will come to understand that with age. Someone being worried about their worldly possessions isn't a personal slight against you...it's just human. Nice guys though and everyone worked super hard. I'd hire them again provided my things arrive packed well in the freight trailer. Thank you for all of your hard work.”

“I've rented a unit here twice in the past few years and each time it's easy to do online , you get your own code for the gate. You always get a receipt for each payment . The units have been clean each time . The prices are good compared to others in the area. they have a variety of sizes to choose from . You can access them 24/7 Anytime I've had questions I received an email back or phone call back in a day or two. When you are finished with the unit and leave it clean like you got it , they are quick to do an inspection and refund your deposit. I will definitely be going back if I need one in the future! And I always recommend them anytime others are looking .”

“We hired them to move us from Burlington to Isle la Motte. JJ and Aaron worked practically non-stop. They were friendly and professional and knew what they were doing. When it looked like they couldn't move our hot tub alone (!)they got Reno and Chad to help. They never gave up abd git it moved. And then, because the move was more than anticipated, Reno and Chad stayed till the end. They gave us a fair price, they worked hard, everything got moved, no damages at all. We had to stop at storage for part of the load. When we move stuff from storage we will hire them again. You will be happy if you hire Lowell's. We recommended them to clients who are moving to VA so it's not just in state moves. They were great!!!”

“I write this review I was reading some of the other comments of bad service but if you do not read your contract everything is in the contract and when you're desperate for a storage unit and there's no other one in the area and the owner of this one made room for you and found one that he had and gave it to me I appreciate that the service is like any other business read your contract have any questions talk to the owner services arrival time there's another one on the door with a phone number it's a private owned business the owner has a wife and everything worked out great for us and I'm still there I still have a unit and that's very very satisfied with it thank you”

All work was done within the quoted time and cost, and rain did not stop them from doing their job well.
