“This was by far the best experience I have ever had with AT&T. I don't remember the gentleman's name (On 400 West right next to Smiths) that helped me yesterday, but it was probably the smoothest transaction I have ever had. He gave me great recommendations on what he genuinely thought would be best for me Instead of trying to upsell me. He went through everything very clearly on how I should go about getting off my families plan (Which I was on) since I was getting on my own plan. I highly recommend this store. She made everything super easy and fast. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and genuine and obviously wanted us to have a good experience. I wish there was a Rosie at every place I had to go!”

She provided me with excellent service, she helped me resolve an issue on my account, and she sold me a great quality case for a reasonable price. “My boyfriend & I went in to talk about our plan as it was too high for us financially & we couldn’t figure out why. We got that resolved & then we started asking questions about possibly renewing with them. They were ALL (Julien, Jonathan & Emily) extremely helpful! They showed us all of our options & what we could do. We didn’t intend on going in to upgrade our phones but we did bc of their customer service. I am also a very indecisive person who doesn’t necessarily need all the top tier things but more so the bang for our buck type. Emily REALLY helped me decide & gave me honest feedback WITHOUT trying to upsell me. This is exactly why we decided to stay with them & we left extremely happy. Thank you!!”

“Kirstin has an odd name to pronounce but we joked about it later! She is always willing to help out and go above and beyond her service, I had a broken phone issue and some of the functions weren't working and she was able to get it fixed. Super thankful to have her around. The manager there was a bit out of bounds and talking VERY politically and disregarding opinions of any sort. Luckily he's not there anymore as he made me and probably others very upset. Overall, great store and great service specifically from Kirstin”

“Our experience was Excellent. One reason was GREY the manager of the Bountiful Store exchanged phones from 13 to 15 pro. There is a lot to do. Grey was so knowledgeable I told her her boss should give her a raise!!!!! Any more no matter where I go the trainee is teaching the trainie!!!!! So again Grey you inspired me that not all is lost!!!!
