In an environment where you have professionals helping professionals things are a lot different. If you own a business you know that most of your time is spent solving problems. You expect problems, they occur everyday and you communicate with people and work things out. When everyone is happy you can go home and relax.The thing I like about Prime Alliance is they not only solve problems they anticipate them. More than once they have called me and and said, “Do you know you are overdrawn?” Who else does that? Prime is not some greedy little consumer bank that needs to make money off fees. No, Prime is about great customer service and business banking. In business banking you work on big financial transactions, not a bunch of silly little consumer level services.Not long ago one of my customers forgot to sign her check. Prime called and wanted to know what I wanted to do. Instead of the big mess you would expect from a large bank, Prime simply pulled the check out and waited for my very embarrassed customer to come sign it. Problem solved.I read the one star reviews and must say I am glad those people went somewhere else. Please click on their “Other Reviews” and read what they have to say about other operations. Why do some people have to get so upset over some tiny thing that could be solved with a phone call? Prime is there for you, just communicate! Banks are not perfect and neither are consumers. If you are not sophisticated enough to bank at a business bank please go somewhere else. If you can't solve petty problems please get someone to help you with your day-to-day transactions.No, I am not changing banks because you left a one-star review.Over the years I've done business with more than twenty financial institutions. I am very happy with Prime Alliance. I love Prime's statements because they are easy to read and it is easy to do a reconciliation. I love the staff at Prime and they love working there. I also love the peace and quiet of their lobby. I also love their low or non existent fees. Banking at Prime has saved me a lot of money over the years. Yes, highly recommended for business owners.
