“I applied for a SBA 7a loan through Celtic Bank and had the opportunity to work with Celcin, Ahmed, and Arika respectively throughout the process (October 2023).I focused on Celtic Bank after being spammed by most lenders that I submitted an "estimate" with (even SBA recommended lenders), and decided to go with them because they have an actual physical location and did not spam me (great signs).I have to say, they were all very helpful, kind, and patient throughout the process, and actually helped me secure a loan that was higher than what I initially applied for.At times I doubted whether I would actually be able to secure the loan, but they did not hesitate to encourage me to continue with the process and that they would let me know if something needs to be addressed.The whole process took about 3-4 weeks, with most of that time coming from me gathering all of the correct documents. I am convinced that if I had all of the correct documents ready to go, the process would have been even faster.I would absolutely recommend working with Celtic Bank if you are looking for a SBA 7a loan.Thank you Celcin, Ahmed, and Arika!”

“I have to say if you are in the Fire Fighting community and you don't already use FFCU you are missing out. I have been a member for my entire life and have actively used them for 99% of all my loans, CC's etc. for my adult life. They are the best in the business. “There is a bank at the end of my street. There is a credit union just around the corner. I don’t know how many banking institutions there are in downtown SLC. But I ride the bus down to DFCU. Often. Since 2008. I bank in person whenever I can. My friends work at this branch. They treat me as if I belong. If there’s a line behind me they show some hustle. Otherwise they talk to me about more than just dollar signs. I live in a retirement and disability home, and I always recommend the team at this DFCU location. “I’ve never been inside, so I can not speak for the customer experience. However, the drive-thru (abnormally loud) ATM is very reliable & gives you the option to withdraw cash in various denominations. Which I really, really, appreciated. Back in April, an e-commerce company (rhymes with hay) stole my livelihood. That company received no consequences for their actions. Before that happened, this ATM offered zero hassles to withdraw cash. I really miss those days. I long to use this ATM again, I still have some hope for better days like my memories past. Before I lost everything, before the faceless corporate specter; ruined my future.”
