Property Damage - Hit and Run (non-customer experience)I'm sharing my awful experience with PODS Moving and Storage. The PODS driver, attempting a delivery to our neighbor, entered our property without permission. Their equipment caused significant structural damage to our garage, along with scraped concrete and damaged landscaping.Both the PODS employee and the customer witnessed the incident, yet neither bothered to contact us. Our security cameras captured the damage caused by the PODS equipment. Despite clear evidence and verbal acknowledgment, the company denied our claim for the $3700 property damage.This unprofessional and unethical conduct is negligence. The damage incurred, followed by inspecting the damage, and then deliberate retreating from our property without attempted notification is unacceptable (and involves potential criminal behavior per Colorado law). I caution anyone considering PODS to be wary of their unethical practices and disregard for innocent non-customers.

For your own sake, please don’t give PODS any of your business. They’re a shady company and will lie to you and then try to cover their tracks.I recently spent the extra money to use PODS as they were the only moving company that could give me a favorable “guaranteed” delivery date. My POD was delivered to my property, loaded, then scheduled for pickup. However when it came time to pick it up, for whatever reason it was canceled. When I called the customer service agent, they originally said that their warehouse was closed, and pickup was unavailable on that date. He then called the warehouse and they were in fact open, and that someone at the warehouse had canceled my pickup. The next available pickup date was a few days later, which when combined with the holidays, pushed my delivery date two weeks later than my “guaranteed” delivery date. The customer service agent apologized for the large delay, and explained that he’s never seen the warehouse cancel pickup and refunded me my nearly $2,000 transportation fee for the move. Seems cool right?Well here we are today, and my refund was canceled. Their internal investigation team determined that I “rescheduled the pickup for the later date”. This is true, only because YOUR warehouse canceled the original on me so I was forced to reschedule. When I was able to provide them with the voicemail from their warehouse of them canceling my pickup their story changed to “you scheduled your pickup on a date that wasn’t available”. Again, this isn’t my problem that your system allowed me to schedule it on that date. I am still currently going through the process of getting this corrected, but it isn’t looking too good.Another note, I feel that there is serious negligence/fraud on their end. I have received email notifications from PODS numerous times about changes to my account, without any explanation. The most recent I got was that my email was changed an hour after calling up and disputing my refund. I now no longer have access to my account and can’t go back in and see my documents, which I believe was done on purpose.

it took two three deliveries to have it where it suppose to be delivery.. the first time they deliver two houses down the street and in the street not even the street my house is in, the second time it was in front of my house but in the street. finally the third time the driver call me and we made the arrangements on where it needs to be. :( how to cancel twice for movers to move the stuff out of the container because of delivery issues...

I think it's ridiculous that you have to call them to get a quote for a POD after already entering in a lot of your information. Other companies give you a quote on the website within minutes. Seems like they just make up the price as they go instead of having set prices like other companies have. Feels like a scam to me.

PODS made my move so much easier. I had to wait for a house to be built and needed an interim place for all of my furniture. I had a great experience with PODS, the container was so easy to order, schedule, store, and get dropped off when I was ready. All drivers I spoke with were professional and kind. I would absolutely use PODS in the future if I needed.

We just had the POD picked up after a month of using it. Tony delivered the POD and also picked up the POD. We found Tony to be very professional and he also cares about safety as he does his job. We'd use this company again because of the experience we had with him. My wife, Tracie Palmer set this rental up FYI.Tony explained everything when he dropped off the POD. Sometimes it's hard to find people that buy into the company philosophy. However, you've got someone that gives a damn about representing the company he works with and it shows.Take care,

Never, ever use PODS. My sister used them to help her move states. They delivered her POD early and put it in a place that was impossible for her to access her belongings. They left it in front of a hedge with less than a foot of access between the POD and the hedge. When she called to get them to fix it, they gave her the run around and said it would be nearly a week before anyone could come and fix it. After she got them to agree to send someone sooner, they locked her out of her account. I have advised her to back charge everything and tell her bank to block any attempts to run her card. A company that is petty enough to lock out a customer who was trying to get them to fix their mistake is a company that should be run out of business.Edit: Added Photo.Thank you for your prompt response, but this should have never happened in the first place, so the review will remain.

After being hired and relocated then terminated! A company had leased a POD that had my personal belongings in it due to security reasons and a disagreement between myself and the company owner. The company stopped paying for the POD. I tried to get them to move it out, long ago so that I could take it over and pay it.But they kept trying to make me pay past due amounts that I dont owe!Now, they take the POD AND Keep my personal belongings? How cold blooded and GREEDY is that.....

Used PODs to help my family move to a new state. PODs showed up on time, it was easy to manage my account online, and it was far more economical than a moving service (about a 3rd of the price of what full-service movers' cost). Items shifted only slightly and had little to no damage.

Drop off and pickup of the pod went seamless -Utilized pods for about 6 months of storage no issues- these are the 2 elements that won it's 2 stars - now for the cons - it's take forever to reach an associate and misleading billing practices - the storage cost went up due to it now being in a new state - was not advised of new cost over the phone- 2nd issue ..made changes on the web - system never updated which led to me paying for an extra month with no prorate for 1 day of use - I rather uhaul next time as to avoid these hidden fees8/14/23 responseBilling changes should be advised during the phone call and before it takes place- it allows the other party the opportunity to accept or explore other options - if you don't know your cost is going to change you don't go checking.

They failed to move my POD to the state I was moving to resulting in being charged another month of rental. I should not have incurred this charge when they failed to do as I requested. When I contacted them a put a refund, they have not responded despite several attempts on my behalf.

Every aspect of our experience with PODS was excellent - the sales people on the phone, the online platform, response times, the drivers, delivery and pickup of the PODS. Excellent service throughout the process!

There was one Semi parked I assume you can stay overnight at the parking but please keep the place clean!Nice and easy in & out. The office is on the corner of the building - easy to find. Friendly stuff! Good experience!

They were able to take my reservation for my upcoming move and they offered me a 30% discount. This is exactly the type of service that I need, the pod delivered to my current home and then taken to their storage facility once full and then delivered to my new address when the time comes.

PODS service is amazing and so is the value! I needed to store items before my new home was ready and PODS fit the bill. The website is user friendly and when I had to change dates it was really easy. The drivers were professional and even the chat was good when I had a question. I was really surprised at how nice it was to use PODS.
