Worst storage place. Delivered a pod with a lock that did not work for the storage unit. Waited for fours hours for somebody since all our stuff was in the pod. Nobody came and had to go buy a lock myself. All they would give us was a measly $16.00 refund for the lock.

I just want to say I used PODS for the first time today for drop off to fill our stuff in the POD. Tony that delivered the pod was amazing! Very Professional, and very meticulous. Such a nice guy.
He deserves a raise!! Thank you so much Tony!!

This company is awesome!! The convenience of storing items until we were ready to move and then to have multiple days to unpack the container took all the stress away.

Getting my POD dropped off and picked up to go to my starting point was a seamless process. The person who dropped it off was super efficient and friendly, but I did not get his name. The second person, Tony, was great and was super fast and careful about getting the POD out. He was also very friendly and gave me some tips on parallel parking once I told him where I was moving and how I was worried about street parking. I thought it would take him a while to get out of the parking area because it's a tight space, but I went inside and when I went back out a few minutes later he had already made it out. Great service so far! I will update or add a post on the drop-off and pick-up service at my destination as well.
Update: My move went smoothly until the end when they moved out the POD pick-up date by a week, the day that it was originally supposed to come. It was a little inconvenient to have it sitting in front of the place we moved into, and it seemed to be harder to try and get a hold of their representatives for compensating that inconvenience at the end once the service was over, but eventually they gave me a discount that was substantial. I would definitely use this service for a future move.

I'm a real estate agent and coordinated this for clients who had to move out of their home before their new home was ready to move into. PODS allowed them to pack and move, then store the items for several days while they went out of town and waited for their new home to be ready. The POD was moved to their new address in time for them to take possession with their "possessions" parked and ready for them. A few days later, PODS picked it up. PODS made a big difference in a frustrating timeline and I was so happy with the ease and clarity of service.
